I totally understand your situation. I myself gave everything to a company for 23 years and one day the good ole boys club fired me 5 wks before I turned 55. No severance just escorted out. Companies do not have to have aa reason to fire you. I went from 88,000 a year to zero. Finally found another job and gave them everything I had. I was 2020 Charlie Day For President Shirt and when I turned him in to HR I was fired again going from 80,000 to zero. I was told that a company can fire you for no reason and if it had been a sexual assualt I could have gone after the supervisor not the company. Now 4 months later the company promotes him to Mill Manager. Its like the good ole boys club seems to survive and we start all over.
