Which is fine, in theory, but I can’t help feeling that the LA RAMS Funny T Shirt of a same-aged child, wearing beautiful clothes, being showered with love and attention by birth parents, getting gifts and being made to feel special, cannot be a very pleasing prospect to the children of the orphanage living on donations, living on foster care, donated clothes and charity, not knowing their family, not knowing their birthdays. I wish more parents realised that there is a better way to inculcate values. ‘Adopt’ an orphanage and encourage your child to interact socially with the children, and to help them with a large heart. Let’s not make it a social media event to be lauded by your upper class society.
